Does Lexus make a IS250 Manual Tranny with Navigation and Bluetooth?

I'm thinking about purchasing a IS250, but I want a manual transmition, but also want all the other features including Navigation. Does Lexus still make a 2007 IS 250 with these features?

which is a better option for hyundai santro: LPG kit or a CNG kit.?

The IS250 MT is not offered with navigation. The bluetooth should still be present even without the navigation although the phone number storage capacity is smaller.
