i have an 87 irocz camaro..i had tpo pull a fuse to my brake light cause when i hit my brakes it turns on all my park lights also including fron and dash lights to...help is appreicated..i just changed the tail light harness so its not that and yes it has a good ground...help!!

I think you have a shorted bulb. Replace all your brake lamp bulbs. The filament in one of them broke and is laying across the taillight filament. When you hit the brakes it also lites up the rest of the car.Anyone selling a wee suzuki jimny in scotland?

you have a short in your wiring somewhere. I would start with the break light switch under your dash, then check the relay's in the fuse panel.make sure you DO have a good ground from your batt. and to your frame, check it again it doesn't take much to reek havoc on your elect. system

some how your brake lights are going thru your emergency flashers. is the button on the column pushed and the flasher in the fusebox pulled out? i have done this before.Ford 351cleveland,and the 351/400 cubic inch motors.??
Mikewak is on the ball. Check the taillights, bulbs, sockets and even the 4 contacts that the hatch contacts touch. It's something in the rear for certain.Listen to Mike. I had the same problem, and was really embarrassed when the mechanic told me what it was..
