Why would mazda 626 turn over but not crank?

i gave a girl friend a jump start and parked my car now i can't get my car to crank it will turnover but not crank. not the alternator or battery anyone got any suggestion

You probably ran your battery down starting her. Now you need to give you a jump. If you ever get both cars running, never turn them off..

Ignition. Pull a spark plug wire and have your gf start the car... if you dont see a spark, thats the problem. This is a very common problem.
