sound's like your clutch is slipping upon engaging with the fly wheel which could be a sign that ya need to replace the clutch, another long shot could be if yer rear main oil seal is leaking onto the area this would cause slippage but you would also notice oil puddles under the vehicle and possibly smoke as it burn's off the clutch upon engagement, these are just a couple of possibilities, good luck.Is there any news or previews on the 2008 Honda Accord?

If you smell the clutch burning, can't explain that here but it sometimes even emits smoke you have a Clutch worn out...check the fluid then if thats full and not a problem (I doubt it is else you'd notice a pedal difference) go buy a clutch and pressure plate... Buy a new throw out bearing too, well worth the cost to do it all while you are in that deep...you might as well do it right. I would have to guess the clutch is fried. Does it leak oil? Maybe the rear main engine seal is leaking badly enough to get oil on the clutch plates? Doubt that though.More Questions & Answers ...
