It depends on what you're setup is. with the I4 you will have 2 O2 sensors with a V6 you will have 4 O2 There will be a Sensor before the catalytic converter and one behind the catalytic converter. the first one is an actual O2 sensor and is used by the engines control system to adjust air/fuel ratios, the secondary sensor is only there to make sure the catalytic converter is doing it's job, it takes its measurement and then compares it against the first sensors reading, This sensor is for Emissions purposes only.
