i own repair shop and we do some paint work once in a while those and some of the avengers along with the sebrings did have problems with certain colors bubbling up on them,Chrysler did have a re-call on them a long time ago but that has long since been over with,and it only covered certain colors that they said would do this,you ,ll have to get it re-painted,its the primer that caused this to happen on them, to get that repaired will cost you a little over two hundred for that one,good luck,i hope this helps.
