With leather you really get what you pay for. Cheap leather well...is cheap in quality. I think it will cost you alot to start replacing leather on the seats. A better bet, where the cost can be immediately known, is to get some good seats out of another lexus that is being wrecked. Then simply a matter of bolting into your vehicle.
