They will clean the engine compartment and underneath as well. When they are finished it looks as new as possible. If you are interested in spending more money, put on a new set of wheels, even if you keep the same tires. Wheels can totally change the look of a car. The sky is the limit. Another possibility is to take it in for a cheap paint job (color change). If it needs body work the price will go up. We have a place in town boasting a complete paint job for around 300 bucks, with no body work. That's cheap. A quality paint job usually costs around $3000, if it is going to last. But if cheap is the key, then quality will suffer. Good luck with your venture.
