F22B1Vtech VS. H23A1 HONDA?

I have a 2000 E320 and it's designed for older Motorola phones.
You can call Mercedes customer service, give them VIN of your car and they'll tell you.
If your car is also older and you want a newer phone, it can be done at a shop specializing in this, but it's not cheap at all.

How to rebuild a Master cylinder and\or power steering pump?

Hello
You don't say how old you Mercedes is.
If it is a recent one, W211 say, the cradle you refer to should be in the centre console. Assuming it is a Mercedes cradle, this is changable for a cradle for many of the popular phones. It simplly clips out and the new one clips in. Unfortunately these aren't cheap (about £130 from the dealer). If the cradle you refer to os non Merc, then it could be for anything and the cheapest route would be to go to carphone shop and get them to change it.
If the Merc has COMAND you should be able to connect with Bluetooth as well.
