Does a pulsar vzr need high preformance plugs?

i have a pulsar and i changing the plugs, currently there is apexi 7 in her but a few garages have told me that there is no need. they say that normal almera plugs are sufficent.

added a 4"toyota lift kit to my 94 pick up now it shakes what could be the problem?

for best performance replace with same brand of plugs that came out.
