How do I change the front turn signal bulb on a 2000 Cavalier?

Hmmm, more info. would be helpful. Fan turning on or not? Any way, here are my picks for you to check- If no fan-#1-fuse and fusible links. If fan is turning on check under the hood just below the wipers, there will be a few vacuum lines(easy to see) make sure there are no holes or lines off. Next, check that there is some physical resistance when sliding or turning (unless it's digital) the cold to hot mix. The cable may be disconnected. Do your windows steam up? if so, heater core is shot. Also, may be air in system and it may have to be burped.
