Question:
The car I am considering is the Mazda Mazda6 and the model I've selected is the grand touring s, which is about $27,000, but since I am planning to buy after I graduate, I'll probably be buying the 2008 model which is probably gonna cost more because mazda is improving it. My expectations would be around $30,000. So anyway, with good credit, how much money should I save up b/f really considering this buy a possibility. I would appreciate any feedback, thank you!

How is Indica Xeta. Is it worth buying Xeta?
if you are a student in college and work you can get a loan easily . monthly payments are 250-600 for a 72 month loan. put down 5000 and you have a new car or if you have a older car trade it in and add that to the down payment. just remember to get a price quote on your old car first or they will talk you into giving you only 500 for it.that is what they tried with me. i had a 1996 KIA sportage 4x4 110000 miles and this was a KIA dealer. they would give me 500 toward my purchase price. when the TV said they will give 5000 to a KIA owner for trade in. any shape or condition.

Anyone know who services oem matsushita radios out of honda automobile?
the more you pay upfront the less interest you have to pay so the more the better10% for the down payment is what I would do. the taxes title and registration go right into the car payment. I put $1300 down on my car that I payed just under $10,000 for.
As much as you can. No matter how good or bad your credit is.

By putting as much down payment as possible, you will get lower monthly payment. Especially if you have good credit. You probably will get low APR

I am also a college student that planning to buy a new car at the end of this year. Im trying to save up for the down payment right now. I want to get new Honda Fitz sport. Good car with low price and great features (only $15000 for MSRP). I'm planning to save at least 5000 for down payment.
...considering a Scion XB... any input would be valuable. Thanks!?
It'll depend on how much payment you can afford.Work up a budget for other living expenses (rent, food, other loan payments, insurance, etc.). See how much you have left for a car payment. From there, look up how much car you can get with that payment. Don't get a loan over four years long (You'll pay back the loan quick enough to cover the depreciation). From there you will see how much down payment you'll need.
As an estimate, if you can afford a $600 payment (7% on the loan) for 48 months, you'll have to put a $5000 down payment for a $30,000 car.
