Really the only option you have right now is investing in a decent exhaust. after that your looking at spending quite a bit of cash. After an exhaust you could look at headers and a larger diameter throttle body. Nix the K&N filter for an entire kit (the AEM brute force intake kit is rather nice). You could also change your gears to taller ones(3.83's or 4.11's) but your going to sacrifice gas milage when you do.
