Is there any iformation on 2006 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 Access cab V6 automatic truck?
it could be the water pump, or depending on how bad its over heating like if its about 10-20 deg it could just be that its summer.check the bottom rad hose they tend to get soft and close when you race the engine have someone hit the gas and check the hoses for suction!
Is a 94 camaro v6 manual trans the same thing as a 96 camaro v6 manual trans?
When was the last time that you replaced the radiator cap?I saw some warming issues before I replaced the cap on my wifes car. It is probably not the timing, if it starts, the timing is in. If you replace the radiator cap, get the highest pressure available.
I would hazzard my guesses that the pump is slowing down, and therefore not giving the flow that it needs, OR the radiator is plugged up.
It could be the timing, but probably isn't!
It could be a clogged radiator or a water pump that isn't circulating the coolant. As others have already stated.
Are you running a 50/50 mixture of water and antifreeze?
If the concentration of antifreeze is too high in the system, the heat will not dissipate as well as with a 50/50 mix.
Have the radiator cap checked.Yes the timing can be to far advanced and would cause it to heat up.
