first of all you have to remove the door panel, There are no plastic clips or need for a special removal tool for these door panels. You will see little torx head type screws all the way around the door panel, those along with some screws inside of the handle of the panel housing ( which you gently pry off with a screwdriver and there are 2 10mm bolts in there that need removed). Once the motor and regulator are accessible, you must hook the power window switch back up to the correct wiring and roll the window half way down. Some of the windows have plastic clips that are part of the regulator and snap over the window, those will gently have to be pryed apart so the window can be unsnapped from the reguator. Some models have pins in them that need to be pushed out with a punch, but I have yet to see any like that, as far as I know those are the European models. DO NOT use a screwdriver to pry on the plastic clips holding the window in as you'll shatter the glass. One the window is unhooked from the regulator/motor, there are about 3 bolts 8 or 10 mm head size holding the motor and regulator in. unhook the plug from the window motor, and remove from the bottom right door cavity opening. And slide the new one in, bolt, snap window in , hook motor plug back up and test before putting the door panel / speaker and liner back in the door.

You have to remove the door panel. Check on line for instructions and needed tools. Then you have to thoroughly examine the panel, check for all the screws etc. After that you will need a specific tool designed for panel removal. At that point you have to "pry" the push on "buttons" without breaking the special nuts designed into the door body. From there you should be able to access the window motor. Good luck!
