Ford f150 gauges?

i have a 04 f150 stx with just very basic gauges (speed,temp, oil) i was wondering if i could take one out of an fx4 ford f150 same year and put that cluster in my dash?

I would think you can do that if it is the same truck and same year. If you'd take a look at your owner's manual on pages 10-11, you will see four different instrument clusters to choose from.
There is:
1) The Base Instrument Cluster
2) The Base with Tachometer Instrument Cluster
3) The Mid Insrument Cluster
4) The Luxury Instrument Cluster

On a 98 mustang, v6, should the cooling fan blow towards the radiator or the motor?

Should be able to but you may have to configure it for your truck possibly.. it's not a swap one for another only jobs.. also the mileage will be off.. meaning you will have to put something on the vehicle (as a sticker) showing odometer change..

Well just remember that the gages oil pressor and voltage are just idiot lights. Don't believe me check on the Internet F150 forums. Like after a long summer drive that the oil pressure does not drop when you go to idle or if you don't have the truck running but the key on and then turn on the lights the voltage does not drop.
