Does the 2004 Mustang Convertible (rag top) come with.?

I have a 2002 Corolla and I once got 42 mpg driving the speed limits and staying on the highways most of the time. I wasn't using the ac at all on the highway or during city driving, I just opened my windows and had the sunroof open while out and about. Another time I got 38 mpg doing all city driving in mid rush hour traffic most of the times I was out. To get the best mpg you should make sure to have your tires inflated properly at all times, keep up with the maintance, clean out all the junk in your car you dont' really need and try to avoid start and stop driving as much as possible. I'd check out Toyota's website and Consumer Reports for more info about getting the best mpg possible.
