Well it depends on what color you car is but if its black I think the chrome would look betternormally i would say chrome but with a name like pimp i would say gold
i own a shop and service a lot of cars,i think the gold trim always looks better on these cars,i have always liked the gold looking trim better anyway,it has a better look to it,than just plain chrome,good luck hope this helps.

Chrome trim, black rims with low-pro tires. I live in the Tampa, FL area, and I see too many with gold trim, 22" chrome rims and they look Stupid... in this case, make an understatement with less is more. Well if its a Cadillac Escalade then the answer is up to you .If you want that classic Cadillac look you should chose gold but in these days there are a lot of bad people that envy you and scratch your car , that isn't a problem but it is a pain in the neck.
