No Power To My Fog Lights..?

Question:
I have a '93 Ford Mustang GT. I know at one time something was wired into the fog lights power wire. Whatever it was is no longer there, but, the result is no power going to the fog light fuse nor to the fog light switch. I wonder what is the problem? Can someone please help me to do the rewire in order to get the fog lights and parking lights on?
