I just bought a 2003 chevy tahoe and cannot get the right rear head rest to fold back. Any ideas?

Question:
The headreast is to fold backwards to allow the seat to fold flat for storage theleft backseat heasdrest works the one on the rear right does not. Has any one had this experience
? and what is the fix?

I have the same year but a Yukon (same thing) Yes... we have the same issue. I kept folding the rear seat forward and it eventually folded. There is a cable underneath that retracts the headrest when the seat is moved forward. They gouge you for it at chevy, and 9/10 times the cable is o.k. its just a design flaw. You will try it a million times then it will fold and you will wonder what they hell you did right.lol Sorry, you have joined the tahoe non folding headrest club.
