Well, it IS possible, but I see no reason why you would ever, seeing as if you do, you cause permanant damage to a vehicle. However, although I doubt you are talking about your own vehicle, there IS a safe way to do it, and I will tell you. However, since you are trying to steal a car that isnt yours, you'll probably get picked up by the police when you try to hot wire it. Seeing as you have to actually break part of the steering column to be able to steer it when you hotwire it, and I doubt you could ever actually figure it out. Get off the computer, get a job kiddo, earn your money and buy a car.
