Now if you spend money on an intake lets say that's $200-$300 but you only gain about 4-10 hp at the wheels.
Full exhaust you spend $1000-$1300 from the turbo back. You get maybe 10-15 hp at the wheels.

As a practical matter, it's impossible to improve the performance of most modern cars without spending buckets of money. Doing anything to the intake or exhaust will do little but increase noise unless you do a lot of expensive work on the head. Chips, at best, shift the power curve around, but don't make a real improvement in HP. Turbonators are simply a fraud.
