It can be easily done, but you have to remember its a little more to it then just swapping 1 engine for another. You'll have to change a few other parts as well. Things like the ecu, Transmission and a few other items. As far as fitment...no worries. It actually done quit a bit. Go to twinturbo.net...this site is dedicate to 300z lovers, and theres a lot of info on the conversion. I had mine done by a proffessional, it cost me 1600 for the engine and tranny (shipped from japan with 42k) 120 for ecu...and 1000 for install...so in short 2900 after taxes and misc fluids and stuff...
