it wasn't called the FJ cruiser, do a search on ebay (I found 15 today, from $500 to $30,000). Also: this site sells them: http://www.restoredfj40.com/They weren't called FJ Cruisers back then, just Toyota Land Cruisers. It will be tough to find one that's not rusted out. If you can find one that's not used up and not expensive you've gotten lucky. Remember, cars were crude 35 years ago by today's standards.

it was called the fj series land cruisers, fj40 imho is the best. btw, these trucks holds the world record on the most travelled vehicle in the planet. if you go ANYWHERE out of the north american continent, you'll find boat loads with hundreds of thousands of mileage but still running like a champ. best way to get this is EBAY if you want slim pickings, but if you can travel say, south of mexico...take a vacation and come home with one. btw, good choice.More Questions & Answers ...
