Why a car engine makes honing sound at 30-35mph speed?

Question:
My car is a van, Ford windstar'98. For last one month it gives a whistle like honing sound when I raise the speed to 30-35mph. This sound is not present beyond this speed limit. Any guess?

I suspect it is one of your idler pullies. It could also be anything that is belt driven. If you pull all the belts you may find one pulley that sounds rough when you spin it by hand.
