I have an 89 Nissan Sentra with 80k - runs great - and I was wondering if it would make any difference if I put headers on it? Is there any other performance upgrades that would make any difference? I don't really want to change out the exhaust because I had a brand new exhaust (not performance) put on about 6 months ago. Any suggestions?

changing little things like header generally make little differrence by them selvesif you really want a noticable increase in poer your going to have to spend some real money and do up the engine. headers and exhaust do make a bigger differrence on some of the larger engines as they are sometimes restrickted to meet emissions.Lets

they do make a difference. short headers make power in the higher prm and long ones will make power in the low to mid rpm range. if you want this car to make more power you need to go to the engine itself. as far as exhaust, get a free flow muffeler (you can see straight through no baffels or glass pacs) if you have to rebuild the engine have the head ported and a bigger cam matched. maby comp cams can do one for you. almost forgot.
