Are you looking to replace the pins and bushings to repair a sagging door? This is a two person job or if you know someone that owns a body shop they might have and let you borrow their stand for doing just this type of job. A couple of tires stacked up with your helper keeping the door from tipping over workd good too. You don't have to disconect the wire harness this way. You are correct that the hinges don't bolt on, they are welded to the door and athe truck a pillar. The pins are not pressed in. With the door open stuff some rags in between the door and fender so they don't hit each other and scratch. I use a long punch and a big hammer. It takes a few good whacks to get them moving but once they move they come right out. The top one if I remeber correctly drives down and the bottom one drives up to remove them. Knock them out pull the door away a bit, then you can replace the bushings. Just make sure you put them back it the same direction they were before. If you don't the hinges won't fit. If I remeber correctly the top and bottom bushings in each hinge are diferent sizes, top is bigger inside diamiter. Install the new bushings, slide the door back in place, install the new pins, and put the retainer clips on the ends of the pins. A socket small enough to cover the clip but go over the pin with a long extension and a small hammer work well for the retainer clips.
