I'm looking at the Ford Fusion, I don't need a new car right now, however, there are some great deals right now...anyways... what are the pros/cons? Do you like the car, feats? If it's an I-4 do you feel it has power? 06' or 07? Anyone have info on how the 08' model will differ? I used to love, love, love the Nissan Altima, however I rented one for a family reunion about and 8 hour trip and the engine was sooo noise, it was revin' so high. It was like the tranny wasn't shifting properly and I can't take that load engine in an everyday car! HELP any advice? Thanks

This is coming out of left field, but here goes... I don't drive a Fusion, I drive a 2004 VW Passat which looks *relatively* similar in size and design to a Fusion. But. my I-4 has the power of a V-6 since it is a smallerish sedan.I like the Fusion though.I would totally drive it, but my car is a bit more plush than the Fusion.

ford sucks! get a chevy malibu its equal in price with the ford fusion mom bought a chevy trialblazer 2003 and dad bought a ford explorer 2003 the same years both v-8s and explorer has had a lot more problems than the chevy
If buying, buy the 2007, includes side airbags for more protection. Consumer reports rated much more reliable than average. I do not own one, but saving for an awd model.
