my 99 lincoln truck windows won,t go up if they down while i,m driving(all of them).i,ve to stop ,let them cool for 1hour .they will go up and won,t go down again- all i can hear is aclick sound from the fuse panel .i check some fuse ,child safety.but nothing seem to work.what esle?

The gem module controls your power windows.Remove fuse box in behind it there is a grey and brown connector.Remove them with a 10mm socket check for corrosion in the connector pins.This is a known concern on f series water from leaking windsheild/body seams getting in fuse box causing different problems shorting inside hope this helps
