Technically the SRI is the better model, but spotting the difference can be very tricky as they are both very similar.The SRI spec had a much greater engine range, but as your comparing the 1.8s which are the same engine, theres little between them.
The SRI will depreciate slightly better then the SXI simply because its the top of the range model.
