Have you checked the cooling fans to be sure they are running? May be as simple as a fuse, thermal sensor or relay. You have replaced parts rather than finding the problem. Only way to do it is isolate the problem then replace the part. Throwing parts at it is very costly and only luck if you happen to hit the right part.what year and what type is the car, what is the engine?
What are the makes and models of 2 seater convertibles (no back seat)?
If it is the V6, i would be guessing that it is the intake manifold leaking, if it is the L4 I would be guessing leaking head gasket. both common problems on the engines. I work in a garage and see this a lot. also, make sure that the air dams are not missing, this can cause air flow to change and the cooling system will start over heating. the intake manifold were a patturn failure on the V6 and the head gaskets were patturn on the L4, also warped heads are common the the L4's as well.
