You are asking for the moon here. Quite frankly this is an 11 year old car and I am not sure if spares are still made. Remember that we get loads of exported cars from Japan because their MOT test is so severe - it takes a whole day - that most cars never pass and so people change their cars every three years. However, this car, if it is LHD, was never intended for the Japanese market anyway but possibly Europe or America. The only place you might find a dashboard is on their web sites. This is a Nissan Maxima QX with but 12,000 kms (8,000 miles) and is for sale at £1,500. Cheaper to buy the car than the dashboard I think. Failing that, send it to the scrap heap.
