What is a 1995 mitsubishi gto?

Find your keys, or go to the dealership and provide proof of ownership of the specific vehicle, with your VIN # and they can cut you a key. There are other means of doing this, but to tell you without knowing the vehicle is yours or you have express permission to do so would be a violation of ethics.

I am looking at buying a dodge sprinter van like the ones FED EX uses. does anyone have an opinion on them?

Well, on a 90 tempo, the dealer cannot get you keys..
If you only want to start it, get under the dash on the driver side, and the ignition switch is bolted onto the top of the column by 2 11mm or 7/16 nuts, you can unbolt it then use a screwdriver to depress it to the start position, but the column will still be locked so you can't turn the wheel.
The other idea is to call a local locksmith, who can come out to the car, charge you 100 bucks and make a key that will turn the cylinder and start the car.
Hope it helps....
