You can put a ford f250 in it. you will need trans and rear end. heavier front suspension. I would go with the older diesel without computer or crank sensors. Find one with a timed injector pump.They will run used cooking oils without being refinded.Just heated. You can add a Diesel such as the 4.5 v-6 out of the LCF trucks, but the cost of conversion will be out of sight ....
Such as new transmission, new rear end and driveshaft, beefer front suspension, new gas tank, fuel pump and fuel lines plus the place to run all this stuff...

There would be no "drop in" about it. As stated previously, the front end components on an F-150 would never be able to handle the weight... You'd have so much money into a project like that, that you'd have been better off buying a '97 Diesel Ford.
