Easiest and least expensive way to "fix" them would probably be to speak with a shop that offers leather seats aftermarket. They will replace the old, worn leather with new covers that are new. Overall cost for the 2 seats will probably be somewhere in the $500-$700 range. As long as they use the same design as the OEM seats, any covers should work though so shop around a bit.
