on the tank you put fluid in there should be a level sensor. you may just have to unplug it to make it go off or replace that sensor. it shouldn't be to expensive. (you might remove the sensor and find out it's only stuck and might be repairable.good luck

You might need the sensor replaced or it could be dirty. When you refilled the reservoir did you use water or washer fluid? If the sensor is dirty you need to drain and flush the tank. It's best if you take it to the dealer it should still be under the warranty and you might be able to have the sensor replaced for free.
