Exactly how reliable are range rover sports for the amount of money you are going to pay?

it's kinda hard to say because the range rover sport was introduced in 2005 as a 2006 model and most are still under the new car warranty. since it's largely based on the LR3 platform, many of the minor kinks were ironed out with that model. there are technical service bulletins out on most of the major things that are all covered under warranty as well. plus, LR's current policy is a complete part swap out for almost all issues. for example, my front differential was leaking and they replaced the entire diff under warranty instead of just targeting the leak.
