Why does my Volvo S40 randomly refuse to start?

Nothing special. 10W/30 does just fine in most cases for majority of engines out there.

How do I change the driver side headlight on a 2003 Passat?

please use Castrol or Valvoline 10/30 HD oil in any car it may cost a little more but it is worth it ... cheap oil is exactly that CHEAP...good oil will do what you pay for it to do ...

Hi, can anyone tell me what the average fuel consumption of a Mitsubishi Junior is?

The factory has always recommended 5W30 for Neons, with 10W30 acceptable in warm climates. Since engine wear is starting wear you want the oil to flow rapidly once the engine starts. The lower weight 5W30 flows faster in any climate. Any motor oil of the above weight with both the American Petroleum Institute's (API) services symbol (known as the "donut") and the "Starburst" certification mark on the container should be entirely adequate for your car.
