I need to know a part for a Ford Mustang 1999?

It's a rubber thing that goes on the hood I am looking to replace it put cannot figure out the name of it if you could help out that would be great!

Are you talking about the hood supports? These are roughly 1" round and will be on each side of the hood at the very front. Their purpose is purely cosmetic as they keep the front corners of the hood in proper alignment with the fenders. If your hood sits higher or lower than the fenders you can turn these to re-align them. andy Ford parts counter will be able to get you the part just by describing it to them.
