Which is better a 2door car or a 4door?

Sorry to be bearer of bad news. But you'll have to replace the entire heater box assembly to fix the problem you describe. You have a broken temperature blend door, which is an EXTREMELY common problem on that model year Ranger or Explorer. The blend door itself is not serviced separately from the heater box assembly. Replacing this part requires instrument panel removal to access. Hope this helps.

How do u know when traction control is inoperative?

On ranger it is usually the blend door motor
