Anyone else running diesel/kerosene waste frying oil mix?

Question:
I've heard you can mix, instead of buying fuel heaters, and extra tanks.
By the way,I'm getting 41 mpg with a 83 300sd. I use Marvel mystery Oil 12oz.each fillup.

I wouldn't use the kerosene, it burns too hot. But I do know folks who dilute their diesel 25% with waste veggie oil. A few things to think about:

What kind of truck would you buy for $1,000?

1) WVO will gel up in cold weather, even if it's diluted. Suggest you not do this if you get harsh winters.
2) WVO builds deposits on the injectors at a much faster rate than Diesel.
3) WVO is harder on the lift pump than Diesel due to higher viscosity. The viscosity of a mix is proportional to the amount of WVO and Diesel.
4) If you do this, think about installing a fuel heater from a 190D or later 300D. These are very compact. They plumb into your cooling system and fit between the primary fuel filter and the fuel line. Even on straight Diesel, you'll find your idling and performance is more consistent.

Instead of Marvel mystery oil, try mixing in your used motor oil.

My 2000 Nissan Maxima suddenly stalled at a light. What could cause this?

I wouldnt try it, Frying oil is way to thick to run through the injectors, Kerosene burns a lot quicker then diesel does. The fuel heaters are there to warm up the oil enough to thin it out, so that the injectors can use it will out becoming clogged up.

Engine oil for a renault clio 1.2 authentique 2003?

I wouldn't use kerosene. You would likely be better off mixing the WVO with diesel or bio-diesel at 3:1 or so, 1 being WVO. Then use a quality fuel treatment like Lucas or Howes. The fuel treatment will both keep the injectors/valves clean, and will prevent gelling in cold weather. WVO can gel at temperatures well above freezing.

How do i know if my distributor is broken?

BTW, I hope you are properly filtering the WVO before you use it. If you aren't, you need to be. There are many sites on the internet that show you how. Just do a search.
