On a 2-wheel drive, it wouldn't be too hard, as all you really would have to do is change the length of the driveshaft. On a 4x4 like yours, it is a completely different story. The housing on the TH350 is shorter than the TH400, and as such the TC will need to be moved forward, which will cause issues with the TC linkages, not to mention you would have to change the length of BOTH driveshafts. In my opinion, get the TH400 rebuilt. They are much stronger than the TH350.

If the trans are the same dimensions(meaning one is not longer than the other) Except for the cross member and the trans mount. Oh yeah the input shaft on the end of the drive shaft might have to be changed Also the 350 uses a cable for the kick down verse the switch for the 400

output shaft on a th400 is larger, overall lengths are different, kickdown mechanisms are different, if this were a 2wd application it is not to big a deal, but in a 4wd application you are looking at changing not only the transmission itself but transfer case as well, driveshaft lengths will be different.
