Question:
It feels like something is loose. So far I can not see anything loose. Could it be the shocks?
Answers:
Some times when doing heavy off roading or rock crawling people will disconnect the sway bars to allow a greater rate of roll in the suspension.
Shocks- drive over a series of bumps at a moderate speed, if the truck continues to bounce up and down you need shocks.
Tires- make sure they are properly inflated.
Swaybar - find a curvy road or one with a turn at a decent speed, if the truck rolls excessively to one or both sides, you need to look at the sway bar linkage.

It's just swinging to your music. Check your tire pressure, if it's uneven that can do it. A bad shock can, not greasing the frontend can make it harder to steer and it will drive poorly.A worn out bushing on the sway bar can make it sway so can hooking a tow strap to it and bending it when pulling the car out of the ditch. Best is to take it to a front end shop with a good reputation. How do I know if my 2004 Jeep Wrangler is a 4.0L or not?

Well the word "sways" brings a different picture to my mind, not that the other answers of sway bars and shocks don't have merit. I wonder if you have a tire that is separated, that is the tread is coming loose from the casing, resulting in a big bulge that will cause your vehicle to shimmy and sway as you go down the road. Get down on the ground and carefully look and feel your tires over for large bulges and bumps in the tread, these maybe along the inner or outer edges or down the middle. If they are really bad then you may see spots were cords or steel belts are showing. Good luck.More Questions & Answers ...
