1998 honda accord, timing belt.. i just hit 60,000 miles.. should i have the timing belt replaced?

Ford recommends 5w20 on all 4.6 v-8s ever made (1991- current) but I'd run the 5w30 IMO as that's what it's used to and mainly it helps stay in the gaps a little longer (as a 30w flows a little slower than 20 weight)
