How can I identify the Borg Warner T-5 Transmission to fit my 1989 Chevy S-10 Blazer?

I need to find a transmission for my 1989 Chevy Blazer S-10. It is a Borg Warner T-5 5 speed. Will one from a Camaro fit? What is the serial number?

I remember once at Jiffy Lube they did something that disabled the car (of course this was on a Friday afternoon) and it had to be towed to a dealer and I didn't get it back until the following Tuesday.
During the service, they removed what they thought was a transmission filler plug on top of the tranny but it turned out to release the "reverse pin" or something like that and it had to be reset by the dealer.
This probably doesn't help answer your question but I thought I'd tell the story anyway.
