If you mean the door locks, you don't. That is a running computer program in the Body Control Module and there is no economical way to override it.

Not sure why you would feel the need? Chrysler introduced the speed sensitive door locks as a safety feature in the late 80's and is real popular with parents. The doors can be unlocked by manual means(if child lock applied) or just by opening the door(bad idea in a moving vehicle)
