Will a soft top off a 2005 Wrangler fit a 95 Jeep Wrangler?

I found a Used Soft Top off of a 2005 Jeep Wrangler for 60.00 on E-bay. I have a 95 Jeep Wrangler. Are they compatable? I have heard yes and no from different parts places where I live.

Unfortunately, no. The 1995 Wrangler is a 'YJ' style Wrangler whereas the 1997-2006 Wranglers are the 'TJ' style and use a totally different soft top configuration.

No the spacing of the hardware used in the two is different, the bodies are different, and the doors are different. You have to order a new one if you want one for your 95. JP magazine can tell you even more.
