Question:
Took to local mechanic and he did not have a way to check the codes. Van has 60,000 miles on it. Would it be a clockspring? Is that worth fixing and if so amount to repair it? Thank you

05 mustang 18X9's , having bounce in steering wheel around 50-60 mph, what could this be?
Take it to the dealer if the airbag light is on and have them scan the codes. It may still be under warranty. If left like it is the following may happen, the air bag will not deploy if in a front collision or the worse scenario the air bag will deploy for no reason while driving. Be safe take it to the dealer for this item.i have a 2003 jetta and the temp goes up and pings a light what could it be?
Take it back to the dealer; A failing airbag system is nothing to play with. It might be still be covered under warranty or a recall.A kit car was advertised on Yahoo's main page several days ago. What was it? I'm trying to find it.?
The airbag light tells you that there is a malfunction in the system, the bag may not inflate in an accident. Most airbag failures are covered by the original dealer through warranty; talk to your dealer.
My daughter had that on a 2002 Elantra. She bought it brand new. She took it back to the dealer and it was just a problem with the light itself.
how do i change dash light bulb in ford focus?
the problem you have is the clockspring take it to the dealer to get fixed. that part is under warranty the same thing happened to me in my 02 grand caravan. the clockspring in these vans always break. i replaced mine 3 times in five years. you are better off getting a different van. When you reach the 90,000 Mile mark you are going to be buying a new trans. the trans in the grand caravans usually last around 90,000 Miles. You are better off buying a Honda Van. that's what i did. for the amount of money in repairs for the dodge van you can buy a Honda Van with same money.More Questions & Answers ...
