Are 77000 miles too many miles for a used Beetle if I wanna buy it?

It projects the speed, and other digital info, up onto the windshield, so you can see it without taking your eyes off the road. It's semi-opaque, meaning you can see "through" it so it doesn't really obstruce the view. Cadillac and Nissan also offer this feature; the main selling point is safety, although I don't think it ever really caught on in a big way.

How does one determine the value of a 73 vw in good -fair condition?

a windshield is made with two pieces of glass with a sheet of laminate between them.
In a windshield that has a heads up display, it has a square 8x8 special piece laid into the laminate that will reflect information such as your speedometer onto this square so you can "see" it on the windshield.
These are fairly expensive to replace. Most folks just replace it with a "regular" one since the heads up display was an option on those vehicles the windshields are the same with the exception of the 8x8 square for the heads up but they fit the same.
I hope this helps

Will an ez-locker in the rear of a 90 wrangler allow for tire travel around corners if installed correctly?

projects speed, radio station, turn signal, etc on windshield. so you don't have to take your eyes off the road..It is in the dash and the windshield reflects it too you..

Anyone know where to find cheap 1968 vw beetle parts?

Heads up will show speed, turn signals, doors or trunk open and a gas pump will show up with fuel is low. If you still have the factory stereo the stations should show on the left as well as AM/FM and volume.
If you run the dial all the way down to the off position(a click), and then turn the dial all the way up it will turn on and you can see all the display items for just a moment..

How much will it cost for a full exhaust system in a 95 Celica GT?

The heads up display (HUD) projects miles per hour and, if I remember right, another tidbit of info like rpm, from inside the dash onto the windshield in front of the driver. The result is, during performance driving, you don't have to take your eyes off the road to check your speed. They also have a fader switch so they're not as bright at night. It's a neat feature, and GPs are nice cars.
