It is a wonderful automobile.The only thing I don't like about it is that the automatic transmission is the CVT. I don't really care for that at all. If I were buying one, I would get a stick.

I work at a Nissan dealership in OKC,Ok. The versa is a affordable, economic car! Sporty and dependable! I personally think the sedan looks better than the hatchback, but if you like it ...great! I say go for it! Also, if your looking for somthing more affordable and sporty, the 07 sentras are a great find as well!I have a 1972 Karmann Ghia, and I am looking to get more horsepower out of it, any ideas?
in a 7 car comparson test by car and driver, it came out second, it must be pretty good. it's spacious, too.Roomy and attractive compact car with class leading power and excellent fuel economy. Very good value for the money.
I would NOT buy one in the first model year however, especially given Nissans uneven reliability and quality. I would see how JD Power and Consumer Reports rate them after a year or two and then it would definitely be on my list after that provided it does well enough.

Looking at the specs alone and reliability and first-year problems aside, I would say it is probably the most attractive choice in its class.
